Terms of Service
By accessing our website or working with us, you agree to the following terms. We keep things simple, transparent, and fair—for both sides.
1. Scope of Services
We provide design, branding, and web-related services.
Each project is defined by its own scope, timeline, and deliverables, which will be agreed upon before work begins.
Any additional work outside the agreed scope may require a revised timeline and cost.
2. Communication
Clear communication is key to a successful project.
We aim to respond promptly and keep you updated throughout the process. We expect the same from you—timely feedback, approvals, and necessary materials help keep things moving smoothly.
Delays in communication may affect timelines.
3. Payments
All projects require payment as agreed upon before starting.
A deposit may be required to begin work
Remaining balances are due based on milestones or final delivery
Late payments may result in paused work or delayed delivery
All payments are non-refundable once work has begun, unless otherwise agreed.
4. Revisions & Feedback
We include a reasonable number of revisions within each project scope.
Feedback should be clear and consolidated to avoid confusion or delays. Excessive or out-of-scope revisions may require additional fees.
5. Ownership & Usage
Once the project is completed and fully paid:
You own the final approved deliverables
We retain the right to showcase the work in our portfolio, unless agreed otherwise
Any unused concepts or drafts remain our property.
6. Client Responsibilities
To ensure smooth collaboration, you agree to:
Provide accurate information and required materials
Ensure you have rights to any content you supply (images, logos, text, etc.)
Review and approve work within a reasonable timeframe
We are not responsible for issues caused by incorrect or missing information.
7. Third-Party Tools
Projects may involve third-party tools or platforms (such as hosting, plugins, or integrations).
We are not responsible for issues, pricing changes, or limitations related to third-party services.
8. Project Delays & Cancellation
If a project is paused or delayed for an extended period (e.g. 30+ days), we may:
Adjust timelines
Reassess scope or pricing
Either party may cancel a project with written notice. Work completed up to that point will be billed accordingly.
9. Liability
We do our best to deliver high-quality work, but we cannot guarantee that our services will be error-free or uninterrupted.
We are not liable for:
Indirect or consequential damages
Loss of business, revenue, or data resulting from the use of our work
10. Updates to Terms
We may update these terms occasionally to reflect changes in our services or workflow. Updates will be posted on this page.
